1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to high order volume, stock availability, or warehouse issues. If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you via email.

We offer standard shipping across the continental United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

4. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for:
Delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Orders lost due to changes in address after shipment
Additional shipping charges for reshipment in case of returned packages
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping. We also do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.
6. Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not liable for shipping delays once the package is with the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
