1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including manuals, tags, and accessories if applicable.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible for return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the issue and packaging to our email. We will either:

Send a replacement (if stock is available), or

Issue a full refund (including shipping costs)


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order separately.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used or assembled pet furniture

Items without original packaging

Clearance or final sale products

Gift cards


7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
